            If you wish to run the alternative methods, EpiEstim must be installed manually by running install.packages("EpiEstim") in R.
            Clone this repository with git clone https://github.com/oxcsml/Rmap.git.
            Install conda if not already installed.
            In the Makefile, set the CONDAROOT variable to the install path of conda.
            Run make environment.
